Vouchers are for Full Family Photography Sessions. If you would like to discuss arranging a non-family session please
contact your nearest studio. 1. The Experience Voucher (EV) must be used to attend your photo session by {expiry} or it will no longer be valid. 2. The EV may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, and may only be used as described. 3. The EV may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot. 4. The EV is not transferable. 5. The EV is valid only for a full family photoshoot, which all family members must attend. This is at the discretion of the individual studio. 6. The studio photoshoot is valued at £150. 7. The complimentary framed image from your photoshoot will be a 7" x 5" and is valued at £95. 8. Only one EV may be used per family per year. 9. Dates and times available for your photoshoot may vary from studio to studio. 10. Venture Studios photoshoots involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk. 13.You may not sell the EV to any third parties or via the internet without firstly obtaining the express written consent of Venture Franchise Services Limited. Consent may be subject to any conditions which Venture Franchise Services Limited choose to impose. Venture Franchise Services Limited reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of the EV by you to a third party. 11.The EV is only redeemable with proof of registration from an authorised representative of a Venture Photography Studio governed by a franchise licence from Venture Franchise Services Limited. 12. This e-gift card can only be redeemed at Venture Studios in UK is subject to terms and conditions. 13. It may be exchanged for Venture photoshoot experiences of higher price than the face value of the e-gift card on payment of the difference. 14. The e-gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for additional frames or extra time in studio. 15. This e-gift card has a maximum value equivalent to £245 in product and services and usually retails for £35. 16. The e-gift card will be valid for 6 months from the date received. 17. Venture Studios will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged e-gift cards. 18. Venture Studios reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the e-gift card at any time and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the e-gift card if at its discretion it deems such action necessary. 19. This does not affect your legal rights. 20. This e-gift card is for the recipient only. 21. Venture Photoshoot Experience Vouchers are reserved for one per household.
